The Layout der Location has a significant influence on the recording time (number of scan positions) and therefore also on the costs. The Matterport 3D Tour Scan price per square meter applies exactly a 3D tour model with a “normal” layout and requirements profile. The example images show some of these "normal" Architectural layouts in the respective size category.
Should be used for your requested project with the Hourly rate for Pro2 or with that Hourly rate for Pro3 If a cheaper price can be calculated for you, we will of course offer hourly billing.
