Before recording | Prepare everything

interior

  • The golden rule. The camera sees everything | Everything visible can also be seen later in the 3D tour, comparable to what a person can see moving around the room. And due to technical limitations of the Matterport system, we cannot later correct the 3D tour footage.
  • Clean up. Everything from the view | Please don't just arrange (your personal) things on the shelves, but try to get as much out of view as possible. Place objects such as stationery, letters, magazines or packaging Toy, Dress, Shoes, Towels, Trash cans, dog bowls, all personal items, etc. in cupboards or sideboards if possible. Please clean everything as if nobody had ever lived or worked there. Fluff up the pillows or pillows and make the beds if necessary. An ordered object just always looks better in photos.
  • Check the lamps | Please ensure that all lights are operational and please replace any missing or non-working light bulbs. A well-lit object always looks better - especially in a 3D tour.
  • Personal | Please remove personal photos. And please remove all of them too personal items that you do not want to see in the 3D tour.
  • Kitchens | Please clean the sink and put away the dishes. Clean the work surfaces and, if necessary, remove appliances such as toasters or washing-up utensils. Let your kitchen shine.
  • Bathrooms and toilets | Please remove your personal items from the bathrooms, i.e. shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, etc. And if possible, please place the good guest towels.
  • Flowers | Fresh flowers always look fantastic.
  • Doubt? | And if you have any doubts, please get out.
