The MatterPak data package is intended for architects, engineers and construction professionals who import these assets into third-party 3D and CAD programs and use them to perform additional work. 

Matterport's MatterPak data bundle includes:

• A colored (pre-registered) point cloud (.XYZ)
• High-resolution ceiling plan image "as a template for a ceiling mirror" (JPG. and .PDF) 
• High Resolution Floor Plan Image (This is NOT the schematic floor plan.) This is similar to the ceiling plan image but from the floor. (JPG. and .PDF) 
• 3D mesh file (.OBJ) including required texture map image files (.JPG)

Application examples:

• Architects and engineers can use the Point Cloud to create an as-built model and base their designs on it.
• Construction professionals can use the ceiling plan and floor plan images for documentation/verification and stage control, or use the point cloud as part of the QA/QC process.

We offer you the creation of CAD and BIM files in ArchiCAD based on the Matterport scan data. And on this basis we create our Scan2Render visualizations.
